NEVER ALONE
we're never alone if we talk to god
Hard to do when you don't believe
But always noticed those people who
Pray seemed never to be alone, as for me
I seem unable to find peace.
MABYE If I talk to god i'll not be alone
Can't do any harm to try, not getting
Anywhere being on my own, mabye the god bloke
Will say hello who knows, might as well try
At least I won't be alone on fear filled nights
Pain of living could be put right.
If we talk to the god fella
Even believe at the mention of his name
Hello god this is me, is that you, i'm trying
To believe hoping i'm not to late,and end
Up only a number on your slate to be stroked off.
Be good never to be alone, and at peace.
