Deadly nightshade
Lurid blossoms
Calm my hunger
Shape my doom

Vicious warning
Crimson berries
I shall eat them
Near my tomb

Now the night falls
Close around me
Simple silence
Ripened gloom

Dawn will find me
Just a shadow
Faded essence
Broken bloom
