Moments to Remember
There were moments long ago which once in while
When you remember and relive will bring a smile
Then as thing play out will absolutely
Result in a moment of such hilarity
There was this lady who left home so bereaved
To go to her brother's funeral intending to grieve
There she was at the funeral crying and weeping.
Then to her great surprise it was the wrong funeral she was attending.
A time in my boyhood day I was in the man's fruit tree for an hour
He came home and had me corner and covered in every quarter
All that I could said in as I blurted out in a sputter
I just came to ask for a cool drink of water.
Then another time I was in another ones tree
He waited on the ground with a whip so happily
So on the lower branch I sat and at his face aimed my pee
When he tried to avoid I just jumped down and ran away quite speedily.
Then there was this moment I will always remember
I was on my way to church and needed some water
The only succulents were the plantation's cucumber
So I picked them and they were devoured seconds after.
Then my friend passed the road and saw the peeling
We had made prior plans to go to steal them
When he saw me he said I was just told that they were poisoned
And I am sorry for the person who ate them
This had me in such a state that I felt uncomfortable for a week.
As boys wondering around sometimes you do anything
Well one day we decided to disturb some bees for honey
Well perhaps in ignorance we did not know the specie
These ones were able to sting repeatedly and showed no mercy.
