Give me pastures new
God i need to break away
From pastures that you gave
A queen am i, a queen of hearts
But there's sins i often crave
Sin after sin they spill out
Its time for me to leave
Give me back my virgin heart
Instead of one that deceives
I seek him here, seek him there
An adulteress in this fire i dwell
God i need to break away
Before i reach the fires of hell
You gave me life, yet i fail
Cross every restricted path
Now i am the lowest of all
And all they do is laugh
Give me back time gone by
So i can right where i went wrong
The devil here in my disguise
As sold me for a song
See with these eyes of mine
The evil i am about to throw
God give me some pasture new
Because its time for me to go.
