ON THE WINGS OF A SONG

We all have wings Pictures, Images and Photos

I HOPPED UPON A GENTLE BREEZE
IT TOOK ME TO THE SKY
I WAVERED THERE ON UNTRIED WINGS
IT TAUGHT ME HOW TO FLY

I LOOKED AT WHERE I HAD BEEN,
WAY BENEATH MY FEET,
DECIDED THIS FLYING THING ,
WAS REALLY KIND OF NEAT

I SAT UPON A NEARBY HILL,
THINKING WHAT TO DO
WHEN SUDDENLY IT CAME TO ME,
I'D FLY AWAY WITH YOU,

BUT THEN I LOOKED AROUND
AND YOU WERE NO WHERE NEAR
I THOUGHT I'D SING A HAPPY SONG,
TO DRAW YOU CLOSE TO HERE

BUT THAT WAS NOT TO HAPPEN
SO- I'D REALLY LIKE TO SAY
OF ALL THE THINGS I LEARNED BEFORE
I LEARNED TO FLY TODAY
