Freedom has never been obtained for free
The greatest price was paid on Mount Calvary
The most important freedom is that of our soul
First and foremost this truth all mankind should know
For all mankind is in a battle daily
Fighting against the flesh and principalities
The mind is the battlefield of our thoughts
We're told to take captive in the word of God
For if satan can control your mind he'll have your soul
He holds many in bondage for the truth they don't know
The devil has come to steal, kill , and destroy
Jesus came to give life abundant full of joy
Then came the selfless brave men and women
That sacrificed their lives for freedom of our nation
No greater love is there than to lay your life down for another
Truly this sacrifice is greater than any other
Many go through life taking these sacrifices for granted
Since the fall of mankind selfish seeds were planted
In the garden of eden not taking heed to what God commanded
It was there sin and death entered in as God reprimanded
Then Jesus came to be our example to serve in love
To not be self serving do as Our Creator above
When we get our minds off ourselves we reap rewards
Causing us to grow in love for all of our neighbors
Christ in us is the hope of glory
He won the battle for all to have victory
God has designed us to be victorious in Christ
Let us fight the good fight of faith in this life
Let us remember to give honor where it is due
First and foremost to our Lord Jesus Christ
To the heroic men and women that's faught for our rights
Last but not least to all the heroes that paid the ultimate price
As well as remembering their families' life altering sacrifice
May God Bless All Each Day For Sacrifices Made!

John 15:12-13
12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another,
as I have loved you.
13 Greater love hath no man than this,
that a man lay down his life for his friends.
1 John 5:2-4
2 By this we know that we love the children of God,
when we love God, and keep his commandments.
3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments:
and his commandments are not grievous.
4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world:
and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
Psalm 18:29
For by thee I have run through a troop;
and by my God have I leaped over a wall.
Psalm 25:2
O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed,
let not mine enemies triumph over me.
2 Cor.2:14
Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to
triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his
knowledge by us in every place.
Rom.8:38-39
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life,nor angels,
nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present,nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature,
shall be able to separate us from the love of God,
which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Eph.6:5-12
5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters
according to the flesh, with fear and trembling,
in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers;
but as the servants of Christ,doing the will of God from the heart;
7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:
8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth,
the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.
9 And, ye masters, do the same things unto them,
forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven;
neither is there respect of persons with him.
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord,
and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand
against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness in high places.
