Time
Appears this too we've run out of
As time has called, no show of love
A deal was struck awhile ago
My dues now due, my time to go
Where I go you cannot come
It's not where Heaven hails a Kingdom
But where the bad meets death my fate
Now justified this date at gate
We wrestled with the good in me
Losing to one our destiny
Has now become the deal I struck
Bartered my soul that ran amok
All for love to have my way
All now gone my time to pay
With soul that use to know the light
We walk now darkness our just due plight
You see this stranger came to me
Offered me dreams, happy decreed
Just sign right here and live to live
All you need do, promise yours give
The paper blazed with flames of blue
Caressed my heart and my face too
Seduced my soul to sign away
Leading my hand to sign that day
The years we shared I'll take with me
The best with you lived happily
But my faith was not in one
Who I called father who called me son
I wish you well and too Gods love
For in my heart we take all of
What was shared that now does tear
A man who knew quite well this fare
Pray for me as I now go
Where no angels horn will blow
But where fires burn with sin
Regretting where I could have been
