Waking in His Arms (wings2fly2heaven June 4 2010)
Waking in His Arms
Unhurried the night sky elapses
A presence paves roads to sleep
As I fix my gaze into his eyes
I drift away into dreams sweet
Aftermorn we wake to thunder's alarm
And I bury my head to his chest
Ah… but nature's symphony dictates
Our 'reasons' for staying in bed
Rainy days are beautiful with him
Through parting clouds there's our light
It's destiny carrying our names in the wind
To share life, my wings do take flight
I wake in his loving arms knowing
Through the night he held me strong
I treasure…
I cherish…
His heart, his soul
Without qualm ‘tis with thee I belong
P. S. I love you baby...x.x.
