Stay Firm
Do not get into a mind frame that makes you feel despondent
That you are somehow demonstrating that you are different
That is a show quite clearly of you independence and humanity
That you have all rights to show rightly your individuality
Don't let anyone in any circumstances try to sway
You from any thought or feeling about a position in any way
Always hold on with all the forces to that notion
That in all matter you have a right to an opinion
Yes being that way may get you sometimes ridicule and ostracize
And may be relegates to a thorn in many of your peer's eyes
But you would not be hoodwinked into any for of patronization
You have the strength to stand based on information behind your decision
What is so wrong with people when you express your ability
To look with them at something and see something quite differently
It is not that such a diversity of thought and expressions and opinions
Can be considered food for thought and a form of educational discussion.
Therefore in all cases so not following anyone so blindly
But open that mind and ears to anything that is grounded logically
So that you can make an assessment and based on the pros and cons
All this will be considered factors in making your informed decision.
