1 Million Daffodils

Climbing over these steep green hills,
I find one million Daffodils,
Growing with beauty and such cheerful grace,
They remind me of your smiling face.

Golden and elegantly they grow,
Just like the person I used to know,
They represent spring and everything that's new,
To me personally they represent you.

They flutter and dance in the breeze,
Partying at the bottom of the trees,
Prancing in cheer a happy dance,
I saw them in a curious glance.

I gaze at them in happy thought,
At the satisfying comfort to me they brought,
With love and sadness I miss you still,
I remember you by watching these Daffodils.
