The Shadow World
the shadow world closes in on me i feel the terror engulf me people turn their backs on me they dont care i feel the delusions they watch me from a distance there is fear i feel it deep within the mind is fragile especially when it lives in the shadow world your imagination runs wild you are always confused wondering why always frightened when you live with the unknown always wondering yet afraid of knowing the truth dealing with the fears of others and yours the mind is fragile especially when it lives in the shadow world dealing with the knowledge of the shadow world is fearful but necessary it takes strength to control ones environment ones fears keeping it balanced only knowing and accepting can one accomplish control have some normalcy the mind is fragile especially when it lives in the shadow world the shadow world controls ones perceptions of life how others appear to you without control it will destroy without knowledge it will control and destroy finding the balance of survival only comes from external help and acceptance the mind is fragile especially when it lives the shadow world Vote for this poem
