Joyful Always
Always be joyful in the Lord,
Showing how much He is adored;
Not to be shy to lift your voice,
Singing to Him as you rejoice.
Let everyone know by far,
Just how considerate you are;
And that the Lord is always near,
With nothing to worry or fear.
But always be willing to share,
Everything with God in prayer;
Giving thanks as you state your pleas,
And He will put your mind at ease.
Because His peace can go beyond,
The precept that we can respond;
To guard the emotions and thoughts,
So no need for whys wheres or whats;
Practice all of what you have learned,
Until the day this life has adjourned;
When upon entering the next,
And living will not seem perplexed.
