that I not attempt to force
from any human
to quiet my hunger.
That my expectation
would be of YOU ALONE
I thirst that I die to my wants except wanting more of YOU!!!
Fill me bread of my life,
so that I might overflow into the lives of others...
overwhelm my spirit with YOUR fragrance...
delight my heart, sing me a love sonnet...
open my ears to hear YOUR SWEET VOICE speak tender passionate words of love...
renew afresh visions of THE CROSS
where my dark sins were redeemed
give sight to my eyes to gaze upon YOUR LOVELINESS
YOUR forgiveness-so that I will forgive
YOUR mercy and unconditional love - so that I will be merciful and love unconditionally
May YOUR faithful devotion to THE Father's plan - instruct me to be a devoted faithful follower!
