Use of Power
There are some corporations that have managers and supervisors
Who perhaps are overwhelm by the way they show their petty power
This they demonstrate willing and it does not matter the time or hour
The take no remorse by belittling and woefully disparaging a worker
Thus I am quite sure is contrary to the wishes of the organization's culture
But the title and position apparently seem to have given them an agenda
So to demonstrate that they are in some for of hierarchy
They must treat their subordinates so disdainfully.
The success or failure of an institution is in the hands of the worker
So it is the duty of all to make an effort to work together
Those in certain position were given that quite certainly
Base on their experience, knowledge skill and ability
It is quite easily for those in a certain level to quickly forget
That they to have thread the path that they now on others want to discredit
They too should remember the many mistake they made
Those many sacrifices and the many prices they paid
We are all human and no matter who we are blessed
With certain degrees of strength and yes some weakness
But that is a duty of a manager to help accentuate the strengths
This will give the confidence to tackle the weaker areas at length.
Look at each member as a working and positive unit
Whose performance from which everyone involve will benefit
So before trying to be like if coming from some exalted position
Sit with your subordinate and have a meaningful and fruitful discussion.
