Bound To You
I was so lost
My heart cold and still
My smile was never seen
My only escape was a pill
I wondered in the darkness
Trying to break free
I didn't have any hope
I didn't want to be me
But then I saw a light
And I know it was a sign
That God had sent me an angel
And I knew it was time
He lent out his hand
And at first I was scared
But then he just smiled
My heart he would repair
I took his hand gratefully
And he pulled me out of the hate
We slowly fell in love
And I knew it was fate
He opened up my eyes
And I saw all the beauty around
He showed me what true love is
Our souls will be forever bound
