FEELING OF SADNESS






FEELING OF SADNESS






My heart is like a lead weight
Although this feeling I hate,
There`s not much that I can do
To stop my heart feeling blue.





It`s heavy, tho` I know not why
It makes me feel I want to cry,
There must be something amiss
To make me feel like this!





Is this an omen I should heed?
All these feelings I don`t need
I wish they`d just go away
Then I`d have a brighter day.





Wish I knew why I felt down
Sooner wear a smile than frown,
But I can`t help what I feel
I feel sad and it feels real.
