baby shoes
they never had been used:
they are still brand new i look at them and think of you:
so many years ago we were dealt a terrible blow:
our baby came to life:
delivered by my wife:
only a day latter she was gone:
oh god it just felt so wrong:
the pain we felt my wife and me:
it tool me down and to my knees:
why oh why oh why i said:
was my precious baby now dead:
that word so cold and chilling to hear out loud:
after it happened i lived my life in a cloud:
i think back to that time:
and dont remember the sunshine:
the baby shoes:
are in rememberance of you:
our baby gorl:
who left this world:
left a mom and dad:
so devastated hurt and sad:
baby shoes they have never been used:
they are still brand new:

with love from mom and dad mom wrote on the bottom of the left shoe;
all our love dad wrote on the right shoe too:
