Poetic Verses
Positive Eyes
Life can be rough and unfair
and some have faced the worst,
don't ever let it get you down
for you are not even cursed.
Deep inside you may feel pain
as a result of a difficult day,
keep your chin up and be strong
for hard times will not stay.
When you least expect it
there is a wonderful surprise,
you may not notice it at first
until you open positive eyes.
There is beauty all around
that fills the heart with cheer,
you will find this happiness
even if rough times are near.
Dry those tears of sorrow
and don't give up the fight,
you have this peace inside of you
that will make everything alright.
