Don't Throw Away Your Youth
Giving up your innocence
Although you're still a child
Life to you is just a game
You love to live it wild
Your future isn't on your mind
You're living for today
Well listen child; I have some news
You need to change your ways
You think that you're invincible
No harm can come to you
You tell yourself; you're way too strong
Well honey that ain't true
I've seen too many go astray
And never turn around
Before you know, it's way too late
You're six feet under ground
You're lying on the railroad tracks
Just waiting for the train
Another hit, another line
To take away the pain
The road you're on will only lead
You farther from the truth
Well listen child; I have some news
Don't throw away your youth
