God's Healing Raindrops
I call out to God
while in the rain,
I know that He
will heal my pain.
It takes a flood
to open my eyes,
when I am trapped
it's no surprise.
Danger comes near
I say a prayer,
I know that God
is watching there.
His goodness comes
and He saves me,
a reminder that
God sets me free.
I will not fear
and lose my stride,
when at times
I hide inside.
With the flood
my faith will rise,
I feel God's peace
tears fill my eyes.
God is the strength
that helps me grow,
without Him there
I just don't know.
