In the Mirror

Who's that crying in the mirror,
the rain comes down I shed a tear.
I see myself and it's now clear
I shouldn't believe all that I hear.
My image no longer makes me cry,
I have the courage to say goodbye.
I know myself and I won't lie,
in my heart love makes me sigh.
My tears have dried and there I stand
wanting somebody to hold my hand.
Beyond the mirror a place to hide
where broken hearts are felt inside.
There is true happiness that I find
once I leave that love behind.
The broken mirror lies on the ground
what I've lost has now been found.
