Saved by God
Like a whale in the mighty sea
huge waves crash upon you,
God saves one from the waters
and the winds of sorrow too.
You will not face an awful doom,
eternal life will set you free,
even if you leave this world
you will live with God eternally.
He will save you from the wrath
if you have faith and trust,
repent of your sins and forgive
you were created from the dust.
To prove yourself worthy
try to overcome the wrong,
while on this earth for a time
we choose where we belong.
Temptation may confuse us
but to God we will return,
when our time has finally come
we leave with what we learn.
