Love all Despite Their Ways
I am a child of God,
love and kindness is my way,
when faced with my enemies
I'll be careful what I say.
I'll do good to them that hate
and bless those that curse,
even if I am persecuted
or put through something worse.
I'll remember my savior
His example and His way,
if I feel hate in return
I'll kneel down and pray.
God's sun shines on us all
the good and the bad,
if I live righteously
I will not feel sad.
Jesus is the prince of peace,
He loves all no matter who,
before I act out of hate
righteousness will shine through.
