When Anger Meets Sorrow
Teardrops on my pillow,
you broke my heart in two,
when you say those words
and act the way you do.
You hurt my tender feelings
and made me start to cry,
maybe I am too sensitive
and now my tears won't dry.
With a touch of anger
your way was not like play,
you hit me rather hard
and I didn't want to stay.
I hope you feel the sorrow
that you placed on me,
take a look at yourself
and maybe you will see.

the time is then at hand,
it is through true feelings
that you will understand.
