Smoking and Health
She puffed on her cigarette
and smoke filled the air,
she inhaled and coughed
yet smoked without care.
Smoking slowly kills
while second hand is bad,
the knowledge I have about it
makes me feel sad.
Nicotine is a poison,
don't light up and share,
about some health problems
we need to be aware.
Problems in the lungs,
dirty teeth and more,
it can cause problems
that we cannot ignore.
Health becomes an issue
but it is hard to quit,
smoking calmes the nerves
when all stressed out we sit.
Let's find a way to stop
and not smoke every day,
it's time to call it quits
so the habit doesn't stay.
