Speak of the Good
Always remember
before you speak,
some words are wrong,
intentions are weak.
If you want to be happy
then speak of the good,
as you go along
you know that you should.
Keep in mind goodly thoughts,
share with others the same,
life should be taken serious
it isn't just a game.
Get rid of the bad
and dark words forget,
hold on to the good,
don't let temptations be met.
For when we speak
of what is right,
we'll feel true peace
and live in God's light.
Our hearts will be open
to the Holy Ghost,
in our lives we are free
to choose the spirit as our host.
