Poetic Verses
My Innocence
I keep my innocence
as ignorance is bliss,
in a state of not knowing,
there's a lot that I miss.
Many point a finger
and false words are said,
without proper knowledge
those people are mislead.
For I am not in tune
with others and their words,
when I am accused of anything
it goes straight to the birds.
I don't know the reason why
nor where the gossip goes,
I am free and clear of evil,
I'm as innocent as a rose.
