Happy as a Flower
When life seems rough
and you're feeling down,
look up with a smile,
don't wear a frown.
A sad, wilted flower
needs water and sun,
it may feel better
when the day is done.
It can take some time
to gain blooming power,
to spread out its petals
and be a happy flower.
A friendly word said,
a smile from a stranger,
can bring some happy
and protect from self danger.
Many care about you
and want to bring you cheer,
happiness is found inside,
good friends are always near.
