Storm Of Fear
As I sat in awesome wonder
there came clouds of booming thunder.
Then the rain and lightning too,
I didn't know just what to do.
The fear hit hard, the rain did pour,
I stayed away from the windows and door.
I couldn't move I felt so tense,
the moving storm it was immense.
My fear was high when lightning struck,
in my home I was stuck.
No place to go, about to cry
I began to think, I'm going to die.
I prayed with heart to God above
take my fear and give me love.
A peace of heart that it will be okay
and give me rest from such a scary day.
