Poetic Verses
My Trade Union
If I had to be the leader of any Trade Union
I hopefully would like to take the field in a different direction
Would bring workers and those in the higher administration
To sit and have a thought provoking and insightful discussion,.
To the administration I most certainly drive home this matter
That they should readily put in place the infrastructure
Which should be worker friendly and having that propensity
To encourage them to sustain and increase their productivity
And to the worker would certainly remind them of that fact
That they have entered into some form of contract
And therefore should not expect the union's support
If some of the terms and conditions were willingly broke
Also never think that because you are a member of a union
Never for any moment ever get any inclination or notion
That when you for some reason on the job willfully make a mess
That without any substitutive facts you rush to the union for redress.
Then to those CEO and all persons who are an administrator
That as always should see those workers as a partner
And that together in unity and in some form of synergy
They are maintaining the company's profitability and sustainability
An when they have received those seemingly deserved perks
They should be always mindful that it was the workers who played those strokes
Even though you sit plan and used those skills of organization
That is was the workers who cause that motion to bring fruition.
Then I would introduce this idea to all those around
That it would be good if they all contributed to a sort of fund
This will benefit workers and yes some people of that customer family
Whose support and loyalty was a factor in that success story.
