Wonderful Visions
I must brag though it is not good,
Makes me repent for that I should;
But it can never be ignored,
About the visions from the Lord.
A revelation will be soon,
That the trumpeter plays a tune;
As maybe I am snatched away,
Up to Heaven I go to stay.
Being snatched up to paradise,
The wonderment starts to entice;
Where things just cannot be expressed,
In words of how I would feel blessed.
It is only God that could tell,
What it is like for one to dwell;
In an awesome and wondrous place,
While He is shedding His grace.
I say that I have bragging rights,
Knowing some will not see such sights;
Since Satan is waiting for them,
For having souls that are condemn.
But Satan does not give up yet,
Still trying to increase my debt;
As he uses ways to deceit,
So my bragging starts to conceit.
But the grace of the Lord is strong,
And the darkness cannot prolong;
For His power is made perfect,
That weakness can never reject.
