PRAYER FOR NEW BEGINNINGS
Merciful Father,
Creator of all things,
loving Parent of all beings,
please show him the way to
recover his life and become
the man you envisioned when
You placed his seed
within his mother's womb…
Give him strength,
give him conviction,
give him a vision of
what can be and should be,
give him an open mind
and a courageous heart…
He has been lost Father.
He has never known
the possibilities.
He has the spirit of a dreamer
but has forgotten how to dream big.
Help him to clearly see
the man You mean him to be
and help him to act
on what You open his eyes,
mind, and heart to believe.
I do not ask this for myself
but for him, for without
Your help, without Your
loving arms to hold him up
he will falter and remain
paralyzed with fear…
He deserves so much more -
this much You know Father.
Be with Him.
Love him
as I do.
I ask this in the name of YOUR Son
Christ Jesus…
