Good Morning Love
Good morning love, prayed you slept well
Tried we did not to disturb you
Yet my hands had other plans
They drew unto them your face and figure
They tasted wine from your lips
and became drunk and in love
Watching you breathe allowed me to feel
peace knowing you were next to me
My mind at ease and very awake
You smiled from time to time and it
pleasured me
You opened your eyes briefly and
sleepy allowing me to see myself in them
forever in your journey of dreams
Dawn was upon us so I made my way downstairs
to have a cup of coffee
Quietly you arrived as I was taking my
first sip, my back towards you
You wrapped your arms around me, pressed
your head up against me and assured
me it was a good morning,
Good morning love.....
