Beneath front porch she'd find her litter
Four she'd care for and like a foster mother
She gave of her milk nourishing them
We watched her, my Lioness, play and keep watch
over them, she was ever so gentle and they loved her
and like an old Lion, I kept watch, protective of mine
Short were the days and more so our nights but fed as
they did of her, Feline Love
Purrs became roars as we lay side by side
Her stroking my now gray mane, me, her locks of gold
as meows could be heard outside our den
King of the jungle, made to feel more like cub
As her paws stroked a once chisled chest, roarrrrr
Feline figure voluptuous, soft making for a place to rest
as we watched the Southern Sun and sighs
melt away this Lions heart
It was for a time like this I was born
Fathering not as gentle as her mothering,
but loving, such is Feline Love
