In a land faraway…
below rolling hills,
fields of red poppies…
stand thousands
of white crosses
row after row
Forever bloody stains
on the sandy beaches,
echo of a war so long
ago
The cause of those
thousands of white
crosses,
standing so silently…
row after row?
The insanity of war…
no needs to say more!
