His Promises
Do not fear in being reclaimed,
It is just as God has proclaimed;
You are His calling you by name,
Leaving you no longer the same.
When you are going through the sea,
There beside you the Lord shall be;
While you are up in the air.
God will also be with you there.
When you are crossing the river,
The Lord will be as your driver;
Assured you are not swept away,
That would be causing you to stray.
Whatever you may desire,
God walks with you through the fire;
Quenching the possible alarm,
From any of the flames that harm.
For He is the Lord our God,
To whom we give honor and laud;
Our Savior and Holy One,
Who created all that is done.
So fear not for God is with you,
With each and every day through;
Following you throughout the earth,
And eternity through rebirth.
