The fragrance of you lingers in my soul;
Gone for a while, I'm not feeling whole.
The memory of your angelic face is alive;
My empty soul you suddenly did revive.
Your eyes mesmerize me into a trance;
Springing to life is love and romance.
We will be together again soon; I ponder,
Absence makes my heart grow fonder.
Escaping the plains of the flat plateau;
Watching our feelings soar and grow.
United in spirit even when we are apart;
As you keep with you shard of my heart.
Love is without apology, it simply exists;
Sealing our fate with our very first kiss.
Each time we are together it is fully true;
You are my life, and now I'm missing you.
