Maker Of All Things
Trust in you who makes all Things
For good today, my voice will sing
Of gratitude for giving me
Daughter you love as so do we
She is special Father thank you
My heart's become a place that knew
One day you'd bring special someone
To calm the storms in me your son
Of Tempest winds I came to know
Of heart turned stone love would fore-go
For time it seems that went forever
Cutting lifeline to me tethered
Your will has made these things to change
As time would come as you arranged
For frowns to change upon my soul
To smiles, laughter of her take hold
It's been so many years dear GOD who knows
The missing piece to me bestowed
Just like a puzzle so incomplete
Real soon I pray you will complete
In your hands that bare great scars
My thanks to you who made the stars
and her like them to shine her light
Upon us Lord who breathes tonight
My cause was yours some time ago
You gave her breath, you made it so
I'd come to have and her to hold
Promise I'll keep and not let go
