La Flor De Flores
Today one day closer to her, to us
My much needed fix for life
Clumsy at times, I manhandle this gift
and realize how much she means to me
How delicate a flower she truly is
With scent all her own and mine to care for
and care for I will
She shall fill my days and nights and
I shall bathe myself with soft petals of her love
