Love Is All
Through time this sentiment has been
the reason to chase your dreams
The road at times very unforgiving but
so worth it, the price patience
Giving much thought I've run millions
of miles for it and my heart still
kept hope
Hope for someone like her who makes
my travels seem like a day trip
but many a mid summer nights need
She is the world to me and I shall write
forever and a day about her and my heart
Profound statement but my vow decreed
for love is all
Many loves past but not like this
not like my soul has ever known
and so we write, again
Trusting friend, confidant, lover, soul mate
my staple for in the end she is love
and love is all
