answer to-writing on command©
Deep within me lies
a million rhymes and thoughts,
whether i'm in lows or highs
they exist or my brain rots.
I must write on command
or my brain will freeze,
at times maximum overdrive at hand
but nobody stop me pleaseeeee!
I can write poetry in my sleep
it's often quite a kick,
i count poems instead of sheep
and the sheep get homesick.
If i found a remedy
then i wouldn't feel like myself,
i write because it's part of me
there's always sompin on my heartshelf.
But that's just goodolesal
not everybody is the same and that's fine,
what is my style
might not be how the rest will shine.
I have so many peeps
that i write about it's true,
several tho are in it for keeps
that's how my shelf stays polished&new.
Yummy treats are my heart's delite
i stock up on them everyday,
enuff for my appetite
to be pleased in many a way!
