 Yoga part 21
Slipping away from my center,
Embedded into linear time.
Not enough time on my mat,
Not enough time in meditation.
I'm spinning out of control,
Spiraling into a death dive.
Shouting out for salvation;
Reaching to steady myself.
My mat calls me by my name;
Softly, gently, peacefully.
I stand firmly in Mountain,
And I simply slowly breathe.
The chains binding me loosen;
No longer restraining me.
Entering the present moment;
Once again feeling the unity.
My soul is released in freedom;
Entering into that perfect rest.
Transiting from pose to pose;
Flowing with the universal river.
Sweet peace enters my soul;
Breathe, yes, slowly breathe.
Life centers, balance reinstated;
Yoga has rescued me once again.
