Forthcoming Trials
Fiery troubles just ahead,
Making you wish you stayed in bed;
But they are just a little test,
To see if you will do your best.
Do not feel as something is strange,
As if there has been such a change;
Apparently happening to you,
Trying to distort what is true.
But be happy while you share,
The sufferings of Christ you bear,
Then you will be also so glad,
And no longer will you be sad.
Do not fret when you go proclaim,
And insulted using His name;
You will be blessed by His Spirit,
Just think of what you inherit.
Time came for Judgment to begin,
All who are corrupted with sin;
Starting with each child of God,
Who is saved and who is a fraud.
It will end for those who refuse,
For adhering to the Good News;
And be dealt with on Judgment Day,
Those who always do disobey.
