Poetic Verses
Unburden Life
In contemplation deep, of sweet desire;
indulgent to the company inside
My mind lifts out of daily muck and mire,
and to the sacred dreams then to abide
Holy cleansing of this mortal spirit,
only respite of sad and harnessed soul
Revive senses that I may now hear it
as hallelujah chorus makes me whole
And so when daily toil my body aches,
and mental anguish to my brain does seep,
rejuvenation, solitude then makes
to wash away my darkness from down deep
In death a shackled body is unbound
Unburden life, for spirit to be found
