RAINBOW





~~ RAINBOW ~~



I saw a rainbow way up high
One end faded up in the sky,
The other end was in a field
A pot of gold it may yield.

*          *

Further on the sky was so dark
Yet colours so bright formed an Ark,
The rainbow shone despite the gloom
It shows not all is doom and gloom.

*          *

It`s a sight we all love to see
A ray of hope it gives to me,
Of brighter things yet to come,
So I need not feel so glum.

*          *

May the rainbow always glow
And from our lives never go,
It brings a smile to our face
And our blues it will chase.

*           *
