farewell to harm's way©


It is with a heavy heart i say goodbye
to this world in which i spy
between greed and hate and war
my heart can't take anymore
too much to bear
for my heart that i wear
on my sleeve for all to see
what this all is doing to me
myself and i wish to no longer stay
here where safety's no longer at play







Now don't get your britches in a knot
it's just a simple message and thought,
if all of us(good)thought this way
we'd only be letting the(bad)
and the(ugly)have their day.
But just for 1 minute i let them think
that they won&another was on the brink,
but disaster only bonds US together
so we can fight the war 4ever.
Now don't you think it's a sin
that WE must resort to violence
so does either side really win?!
