The Love of God Lives
The love of God reaches its goal,
When it gets into our soul;
And firmly plants its roots down deep,
For a harvest bountiful reap.
So look ahead with confidence,
It is not a coincidence;
For the Day of Judgment is nigh,
And the harvest must hit the sky.
While we are here on this earth,
We must know of our true worth;
Not for going out on a limb,
But being exactly like Him.
It is in regard to the love,
That Christ Himself still has thereof;
A love that exists with no fear,
And is genuinely sincere.
Rather a love that is perfect,
Does not ridicule or reject;
A love that is well disciplined,
It is a love that never sinned.
We love because God loved us first,
A love that never lusts or thirst;
So if you are true believers,
Then this love you are receivers.
