The Desert Rose is the most beautifully blessed amongst all flowers
Waiting for the anticipation of living showers

Like my arid deserted soul lost in this lonely
barren land
Anxiously waiting for you to take my hand

Shower upon me forever your holy spirit of true
blissful love
Tomorrows come and go like wings on a dove

Can you feel what beats constantly in my
lonely heart
It has always been your love from the start

The longing desires I have of you eternally rushing
within me
Grows each hour as waves on a turbulent sea

Like a lone desert rose determined to quench
its thirst
I stand alone until you become my very first
