Once in every life, we can find the one that's rightI never expected that I would find true love through cyberspace especially in the largest social network known to us as Facebook. More than a year ago, I ended up my stressful affair with Alexis, the woman I once loved who nagged too much, got jealous, became paranoid and anticipated more than what I could give her thru Western Union. Leah and Alexis were more critical and easily irritated at things that didn't bother them earlier in our relationship, have less patience and were indifferent towards my young boy. I have to give them up in order for me to look after my son who needed me the most. Unconditional love or true love deserve both a name-Real Love which is caring about the happiness of another person without any thought for what we might get for ourselves. It's also Real Love when other people care about our happiness unconditionally, and that love alone has the power to heal all wounds, bind people together and create relationships quite beyond our present capacity to imagine. True love begins when nothing is looked for in return. Love is to love someone for who they are, who they were, and who they will be. Yes, I found the one that my soul loves, the air that I breathe, the half to make me whole who I am head over heels in love with, the road which leads me home, who filled the emptiness in me. That special someone came along who brought my feet back on the ground bringing out the best in me. I will always love you, sweetheart. - SALLIE/Toronto September 2, 2010 Always – Atlantic Starr Music Code Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
