Dreams that hurt

A light thought

A light shines upon my face tonight

for the cold winds that blow the rain that falls hardened to the floor

as i sit and watch the rain fall

my heart becomes hardened with each thought

a pressure point hit my head of dream so hard each night

for i pray for the light

for as i watch i hope to see you come near with each and every tear that falls

my hands are cold my heart beats so light tonight
